 | Atlanta's Otto Hammers #500 Thursday, June 5th, 2031: The Atlanta Braves had something to celebrate today even though they dropped a 7-3 decision to Milwaukee. The reason -- the splendid slugger Bobby Otto hit his 500th career homer in today's contest at Turner Field. "I'm fortunate to be here," Otto told the media after the game. "The Braves have a classy organization and some great fans. Homer #500 was for them." Otto has 1810 career hits with a .339 batting average and 500 home runs. |
