 | Friday, April 5th, 2030: Thien Smashes 3 Homers for Los Angeles Every now and then, the right things happen at the right time. Tien-kai Thien discovered that when he smashed three homers at Dodger Stadium during today's 19-4 win over the Colorado Rockies. The Los Angeles right fielder said in the postgame interview, "I got three balls to hit and nailed all three of them. The first was a hanging curve, the second was right down the middle and the last one was a good pitch, but I guessed right and put the wood to it." Thien finished the day with 3 hits in 5 at-bats and 6 RBIs. T. Thien hit a two-run home run off L. Abston in the 2nd, struck out in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off R. Solíz in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off B. Turner in the 5th, flied out in the 6th and walked in the 8th. |
